Oh and does anyone know if there’s a way to force this app to autostart when the phone is turned on?

They also need to fix the compose method so you can choose people/email addresses from your device’s local contacts when compose/forwarding an email.

I never got around to using the old version as I had my gmail apps for your domain account setup using IMAP in the default s60 client, but the new gmail app is so speedy and has the gmail-specific options that IMAP doesn’t, so I think I’ll be sticking with it.

Here’s hoping they add audio alerts to the next version…

Test has been completed. It does have auto-retrieve. My N95 vibes whenever I get a new email. Say good night Nokia Email, looks like you’re usefulness has come to an abrupt halt

It’s funny because the new version of the Gmail app for Blackberry has auto-retrieval (you can’t turn it off) so I’m going to test the S60 version.
