On step 1 i don’t have the option “check for update” is it normal?

Hi, the problem appears to be that you have a product code on your phone for which the new fw has still not been released.
You have two options, one change the product code and update. Its easy enough. But may void warranty.
Second, take to a nokia care outlet and let them update the fw for you.

Hi Vaibhav I cant get my N96 to up date OTA or through PC suite. Having a nightmare even getting it connected with my pc and newly formatted laptop. Im stuck on version 10.065 any idea`s ?

Hi, the update takes upto 5 minutes including downloading the 2.5 MB update. So its definately much faster than the NSU for the simple reason than the download here is way smaller.

Hi Vaibhav, could you tell me, how much time it takes to do the update? Is it longer than via USB or it uses the same method (dowload to device, then update)?
