Web Based Version Of The Ovi Store Now Available On The N900
Some more good news on the N900 front – The web based version of the Ovi Store is now accessible to those of you who updated to the 1.2009.44.1 firmware that came out earlier today. This is not an official launch and you will find that quite a few of the applications listed there are already available via various repositories on the phone, however, there are some new apps and games that are definitely worth checking out.

The applications are installed via the Application Manager and I hope that it means that we will automatically be informed if updates are available for the applications on the device. Nokia Conversations had hinted at an official announcement soon, so the official launch isn’t far.
Meanwhile hit store.ovi.mobi and tell us what you think. You can also head over to AAM to checkout a few screenshots of the store inaction.
