Hi,

I have an N900 that was given to me at the "Nokia Qt for Mobile Developers training" event of Nov. 5-6 2009 in Palo Alto.

Some time ago bluetooth stopped working, meaning that when I open the bluetooth settings UI the device name field is blank, bluetooth is off, and if I change any of these and tap save, the device state doesn't change and the changes are not actually saved (the settings UI is empty again on the next use).

I have reflashed both the eMMC and the firmware to the latest versions, and still this problem exists. I see one bug report on a similar problem on this site, but that one was supposed to be fixed by this latest firmware.

Given that I've reflashed, perhaps the bluetooth radio on this particular device is broken? If so, is there any possibility of repair?

Thanks,

Mark Peters
