Pixelpipe Hits 1.03: Brings Auto Uploads Among Other Things

By - On 7 December 2010

Pixelpipe is easily a must have application on any platform, specially so if you own a Symbian^3 device. It allows you to upload images and videos from your device directly to multiple outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and a bunch of other popular services in one go.

Download Pixelpipe 1.03

The latest 1.03 version brings the ability to automatically upload your pictures and videos to the service(s) of your choice the moment to take them. In addition it also has options for:

  • Prompted uploads after capture of photos & video.
  • Ability to set scaling factor for photos at the time of upload or as a default value under Pixelpipe/Options.
  • Automatic ‘zero click’ uploads under Pixelpipe/Options/Settings/Advanced.
  • Automatic prompting for OTA application updates.

The latest version (1.03) is available from the Pixelpipe website, and has also been submitted to the Ovi Store. However, since Ovi Store approvals are taking weeks these days (probably due to a high number of submissions) its best to grab the latest version directly (SIS Download). The app is compatible with S60v3 FP2, S60v5 & Symbian^3 handsets, while Qt is not required, if present it offers an enhanced UI & features set.

Here’s a quick walkthough of all the new features.
