The following terms and conditions shall govern the Nokia N900 Giveaway On The Symbian Blog.
By participating in this contest, you agree to the following:
- You are deemed to be aware of the risks of failure associated with submission of personal information over the Internet and you accept and bear such risks. We will presume that the email address provided is correct, and rightfully belongs to the contestant, and will not be responsible for any errors in this respect.
- The prizes are not exchangeable for cash or for value and we reserve the right to substitute a suitable prize of similar value in the event any prize originally specified is not available for whatever reason.
- The winners will be notified by email and shall be determined by the organisers in their sole discretion. Such a decision will be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
- One individual can only win in one of the three categories and incase he/she wins in more than one category, the second award would be passed on to the next person.
- All prizes shall be delivered to the winners; such delivery may be by courier service. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in the delivery of the prizes to the winners.
- We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or revise these rules and the prize at any time without notice and in such an event we shall have no liability whatsoever.
- Downloading the Hi-N-Bye application from the Ovi Store is mandatory for entering this contest.
- Persons who do not comply with the aforesaid rules may be disqualified at our absolute discretion.
