The biggest Twitter integration failure on Windows Phone has been fixed. Until today if you shared a photo on Twitter using the inbuilt sharing mechanism, it resulted in a long Skydrive URL that most Twitter clients failed to handle. The result was that your shares would be broken links for most.
That has finally been fixed. The Skydrive team just announced a bunch of changes to Skydrive on Twitter, including support for ODF files, and 300 MB uploads via the browser.
But the biggest deal for Windows Phone users is the “sdrv.ms” short URL.
